La foto-storia di oggi ci riporta a fasi di programmazione passate e a riunioni-docenti (salutiamo chi era in collegamento video) che hanno portato QUALIFORMA a diventare una vera realtà. E’ percepibile giorno dopo giorno il concretizzarsi dell’idea iniziale che portò la Fondazione San Giovanni Battista e l’Ass.Forma Consulting a progettare i percorsi: ‘competenze per un nuovo inizio’.
…e nel frattempo la settimana in corso, che ‘allinea’ temporalmente il Modulo SALA agli altri due, vede gli Allievi di SALA & MESCITA alle prese con il Corso Lavoratori per la Sicurezza, inglese, nozioni di primo soccorso e naturalmente parte pratica sul servizio … in attesa della giornata di venerdi prossimo, quando gli Allievi di PASTICCERIA termineranno la prima parte del corso per passare agli Stages, e quando gli Allievi di SALA torneranno dalla Famiglia Cobisi per un altro intenso pomeriggio.

It is perceptible day after day the concretisation of the initial idea that led the San Giovanni Battista Foundation and Ass.Forma Consulting to design the courses: ‘competences for a new beginning’.
…and in the meantime, the current week, which ‘aligns’ the SALA Module with the other two, sees the SALA & MESCITA students grappling with the Workers’ Safety Course, English, notions of first aid and, of course, the practical part on the service … while waiting for next Friday, when the PASTRY students will finish the first part of the course to move on to the Stages, and when the SALA students will return to the Cobisi family for another intense afternoon.
